If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact our support team at email@example.com within 30 days for a store credit and send your product to our return address.(shipping at the expense of the customer) All charges are fully refundable in the form of store credit (less shipping and handling fees) 30 days from the billing date. Store credit will be issued upon receipt of the product.
After 30 days store credit can no longer be issued for any reasons.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

Packages can sometimes be mis-delivered or an unsuccessful attempt was made and the package was brought back to the facility, or the carrier has not yet made it to your delivery address but already marked it as delivered.
Once a package has shipped, PWDRS is no longer able to operate on behalf of the customer and any issues with delivery or tracking should be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.
