I ordered these electrolytes variety pack with the lemonade, fruit punch and lemon lime. I was hesitant but I follow two people that rave about it and finally pulled the trigger when they were on sale.
Now I’m afraid I won’t be without. I typically fry the electrolytes that are saltier. I actually really appreciate the flavor profile. It’s not overly salty but still satiating and quenches my thirst. It’s also delicious. I’m not typically a Fruit a punch fan but even that was yummy!

This is my 2nd pack, going to order my 3rd right now. I run track and play tennis and could easily just buy any electrolytes like liquid I.V. and other cheap products but this is truly the BEST quality. I always know I’m putting the very best in my body when it depends on that replenishment. I’ve been using the electrolytes for 2 weeks now and I’ve immediately noticed an improvement in my sleep. I typically drink 90+oz water a day and always going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Since adding in the electrolytes I have been sleeping through the night or not waking up to use the bathroom till 4-5. I believe they have helped my body properly absorb the water I drink so I’m not constantly using the bathroom!!!

I’m obsessed with these! I recently went on a trip and I was so dehydrated from my 14 hour flight from walking around, especially in the heat and not being able to stay hydrated as quickly.
